| 中文摘要:建立了阴离子交换高效液相色谱测定婴幼儿食品和乳品中5种游离核苷酸——胞嘧啶核苷酸（CMP）、腺嘌呤核苷酸（AMP）、尿嘧啶核苷酸（UMP）、鸟嘌呤核苷酸（GMP）、次黄嘌呤核苷酸（IMP）的分析方法。样品经水提取和沉淀剂沉淀蛋白质后，采用强阴离子交换（SAX）色谱柱分离，以甲醇和磷酸二氢钾水溶液（10 mmol/L，pH 45）为流动相进行梯度洗脱，紫外检测波长254 nm，外标法定量。结果表明,该方法在0200~200 mg/L范围内线性关系良好，5种核苷酸的相关系数（r）为0999 8~1000 0，加标回收率为955%~108%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为10%~32%。该方法的分离效果好，线性范围宽，稳定性和准确性好，解决了依据GB 541340-2016进行样品检测时的基质干扰问题。 |

| Determination of Nucleotides in Foods and Milk Products for Infants and Young Children by Anion Exchange High Performance Liquid Chromatography |

| Abstract:A method of anion exchange high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of five nucleotides，including cytidine monophosphate(CMP)，adenosine monophosphate(AMP)，uridine monophosphate(UMP)，guanosine monophosphate(GMP) and inosine monophosphate(IMP).The samples were extracted with water，then precipitated protein with precipitants.The determination of analytes was performed by HPLC on a Sax column using methanol-KH2PO4（10 mmol/L，pH 45） as mobile phase by gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm，and the external standard method was used for quantitation.Result showed that there were good linearities for five nucleotides in the concentration range of 0200-200 mg/L，with their correlation coefficients（r） of 0999 8-1000 0.The spiked recoveries were in the range of 955%-108% with RSDs of 10%-32%.With the advantages of good separation，wide linear range，good stability and accuracy，the method solved the matrix interference problem in sample detection based on GB 541340-2016 52，and enriched the chromatographic conditions for GB 541340-2016. |
