TiO2-CdTe电化学发光法测定利巴韦林

中文摘要:将碲化镉量子点(CdTe)与二氧化钛(TiO2)的复合物修饰至玻碳电极表面,构建了TiO2-CdTe/GCE电化学发光传感平台,并对其电化学发光性质进行研究。在含有联吡啶钌和三正丙胺的碱性缓冲溶液中,TiO2-CdTe/GCE产生很强的电化学发光信号,随着利巴韦林的加入,该体系的电化学发光信号发生明显猝灭,据此建立了一种新的利巴韦林含量的检测方法。在优化实验条件下,利巴韦林在3.9×10-4~3.9 μmol· L-1范围内,其浓度的对数与相对电化学发光强度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1.3×10-10 mol·L-1。对注射液中利巴韦林含量进行测定,回收率为96.6 %~101%,结果满意。

Determination of Ribavirin by Electrochemical Luminescence with TiO2-CdTe
Abstract:A novel electrochemical luminescence method was established for the detection of ribavirin based on a TiO2-CdTe glassy carbon electrode(GCE).The TiO2-CdTe/GCE electrochemical luminescence(ECL) sensor platform was constructed by immobilizing a CdTe-TiO2 complex onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode,which ECL properties were studied.The TiO2-CdTe/GCE exhibited an efficient and stable ECL signal in alkaline buffer solution containing Ru(bpy)2+3 and trinpropylamine(TprA).The ECL signal was obviously quenched when a certain amount of ribavirin was added.Thus,a new detection method for ribavirin was established.Under the optimized conditions,the ECL signal intensity depends linearly on the logarithm of ribavirin concentration in the range of 3.9×10-4-3.9 μmol·L-1,and the detection limit(S/N=3) was 1.3×10-10 mol·L-1.The method was successfully applied in the detection of ribavirin in injection with recoveries of 96.6%-101%.
