中文摘要:建立了微波消解/电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)碰撞池(CCTked)测定土壤中全磷的方法,采用内标法定量。用土壤标准物质验证了方法的准确度与精密度。方法的线性范围为0~2 000 μg/L,检出限为5 μg/L,土壤样品的检出限为2.5 μg/g。土壤基质溶液的加标回收率为94.0%~103%。该方法与钼锑抗分光光度法无显著性差异,具有灵敏度高、简便、快速的特点。

Determination of Total Phosphorus in Soil by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion
Abstract:A method was established for the determination of total phosphorus in soil by microwave digestion/inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry with collision cell(CCTked).Under the optimized conditions,the internal standard method was used for quantitation,and the accuracy and precision of the method were verified by using the soil reference material.There existed a linear relationship for phosphorus in the soil sample in the range of 0-2 000 μg/L,with the method detection limit of 5 μg/L and a detection limit of 2.5 μg/g for the soil sample.The spiked recoveries for the soil matrix solution were between 94.0% and 103%.There were no significant differences when the results obtained were compared with that of the Mo-Sb anti spectrophotometry.The method was rapid,simple and sensitive,and was suitable for the determination of total phosphorus in soils.
