饮料及配制酒中11种有机合成色素的低共熔溶剂萃取/高效液相色谱法测定

中文摘要:采用四丁基氯化铵和辛酸合成新型疏水性低共熔材料,并以其为萃取剂建立了快速测定饮料、配制酒中11种有机合成色素的高效液相色谱方法。样品经水稀释,以200 μL低共熔溶剂萃取后,采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)检测,外标法定量。结果表明,11种有机合成色素在各自的质量浓度范围内均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)均大于0996,检出限为0.03~0.31 mg/kg,定量下限为0.08~1.02 mg/kg;加标回收率为92.6%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.98%~4.3%。该方法快速、简便、精准,适用于饮料、配制酒中有机合成色素的检测。

Determination of 11 Organic Synthetic Pigments in Drink and Compound Wine by Deep Eutectic Solvent Extraction/High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:A method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with deep eutectic solvent extraction was established for the rapid determination of organic synthetic pigments in drinks and compound wines.The deep eutectic solvent was a new hydrophobic eutectic material synthesized with tetrabutyl ammonium chloride and octanoic acid.Samples were dissolved with water,then extracted with 200 μL deep eutectic solvent,finally detected by HPLC-diode array detector(DAD) and quantified by external standard method.Results indicated that there were good linear relationships for 11 kinds of organic synthetic pigments in respective mass concentration ranges with their correlation coefficients(r2) all greater than 0.996.The limits of detection(LOD)and the limits of quantitation(LOQ) were in the ranges of 0.03-0.31 mg/kg and 0.08-1.02 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 92.6% to 103% with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 0.98%-4.3%.The method is rapid,simple and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of organic synthetic pigments in drinks and compound wines.
