中文摘要:该文建立了蔬菜及水果中16种有机氯农药残留的QuEChERS净化/气相色谱快速检测方法。样品经1%冰乙酸乙腈处理,QuEChERS净化,气相色谱分离后,以色谱峰保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明:16种有机氯农药在20~100 μg/L质量浓度范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于099,检出限为016~290 μg/L,在4种基质(油菜、黄瓜、橙子、苹果)中的加标回收率为701%~119%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为023%~52%。与其它前处理方法相比,该方法简便、快速、准确、高效,可用于蔬菜及水果样品中有机氯残留的高通量快速筛查。 |

Determination of 16 Organochlorine Pesticides Residues in Vegetables and Fruits by Gas Chromatography with QuEChERS Purification |

Abstract:In this paper,a rapid method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 16 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in cucumber,cole rape,orange and apple by QuEChERS purification and gas chromatography with electron capture detection(GC/ECD).Pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit samples were extracted by QuEChERS method with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid.The retention time for peaks of the organochlorine pesticide was used for qualitative analysis,and external standard method was applied to the quantitative analysis.Results showed that there were good linear relationships for 16 kinds of OCPs in the range of 20-100 μg/L with correlation coefficients larger than 099.The detection limits of the method were in the range of 016-290 μg/L.The average recoveries of 16 OCPs from 4 matrics(cole rape,cucumber,orange,apple) ranged from 701% to 119% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 023%-52%.Compared with other pretreatment methods,the method is rapid,effective,simple,cheap and reliable,and is suitable for the high throughput and rapid detection of OCPs residues in vegetable and fruit samples. |
