Abstract:
Based on the polyaniline nano fiber(PANI-NF) nanometer gold composite film(AuNPs) constructing electrode interface and then modified by transferrin,HeLa cells can be captured on the modified electrode due to the specific identification function by transferrin and transferrin receptor, resulting in the variation of electrochemical impedance values. The effects of drug(curcumin meat) on HeLa cells were investigated by ectrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that with the increase of drug concentration and prolongation of function time, electrochemical impedance values were decreased, indicating that the inhibition effects of drug(curcumin) on HeLa cells were enhanced.A quantitative relation between the change rate of electrochemical impedance values, drug concentration and treating time was observed. The results of electrochemical experiment are in accordance with that of the MTT method and inverted microscope.Based on this,a new method for testing the inhibition rate of drug on cells was established. The method is simple, high sensitivity and low cost.
