Abstract:
An electrochemical sensor based on dropped molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs) suspension for dopamine was fabricated.Influences of pH value, concentrations of graphene and MIPs were also optimized. The optimal conditions were as follows:pH value:7.0,concentration of graphene:0.5 g/L,concentration of MIPs:20 g/L.Under the optimal conditions, the prepared sensor showed good selectivity and high sensitivity for dopamine. The DPV peak current is linear to the DA concentration in the range of 2.0×10-7-1.0×10-4 mol/L,with a detection limit(S/N=3) of 6.8×10-8 mol/L.The prepared sensor was successfully applied in the determination of dopamine hydrochloride with recoveries of 98%-105%.
