Abstract:
      In this paper,a method was established for the analysis of 11 heavy metal elements(Cu,Mn,Cr,Pb,Cd,Ni,Sb,Hg,Co,Ag,As) in grain and vegetables using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with microwave digestion.The instrumental parameters and microwave digestion conditions were optimized.Samples were digested completely using HNO3-HF-H2O2 and HNO3-H2O2.And the results showed that the linear correlation cofficients of eleven elements(r) were not less than 0.999 5,the limits of detection were in the range of 0.001-10.00 μg/L and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=5) were not more than 5.0%.This method has the advantages of rapidness,simplicity,high sensitivity,good stability and accuracy.
