Abstract:
Bisphenol-diglycidyl ethers(BDGEs) may pose a potential threat to humans due to its widespread use and the mutagenicity and teratogenicity observed in vitro and in vivo studies. The sample treatment methods and detection methods for BDGEs in canned foods and biological matrices are discussed in this paper.Furthermore, the future development tendency for analysis of BDGEs is prospected.
