Abstract:
      A microarray protein chip method was established for the simultaneous detection of clenbuterol and ractopamine residues in food.Results showed that the linear ranges for clenbuterol and ractopamine were 0.07-1.2 ng/g and 0.05-0.8 ng/g,respectively.The recoveries for the two substances in pork and pig liver were in the range of 74%-132%,with relative standard deviations all less than 10%.The established method was compared with HPLC-MS,and the results obtained were identical.This method was simple,rapid and high throughput,and could be used in the detection of clenbuterol and ractopamine residues in actual samples.
