Abstract:
      The contamination of foodborne pathogenic bacteria is an important factor leading to food safety problems.The detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria has become a research hotspot in recent years.Rapid detection methods based on immunoassay,molecular biology,biosensors,metabolomics,and nucleic acid aptamers have been developing rapidly,and have become the main detection methods for foodborne pathogenic bacteria.Combined with the research progress of various rapid detection methods in recent years,the rapid detection methods for foodborne pathogens based on the above-mentioned technologies are introduced in this article.Meanwhile,the existing problems and future development directions are also discussed.It is anticipated to provide a reference for the prevention and control of foodborne pathogens and the protection of consumers' physical and mental health.
