Abstract:
Glycosidic compounds in tobacco are vital aroma precursors. It is of great significance to understand the types and structures of glycosides in tobacco for its cultivation and processing,as they are very important aroma precursors. In this paper,60 glycosides were screened by untargeted liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) with the characteristic neutral loss of glycosyl groups,of which 23 glycosides were identified according to their MS/MS spectra and literatures. The results showed that the glycosyl groups were mainly composed of hexose, deoxyhexose or disaccharide of both. The aglycones of phenolic acids, flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenes, sterols and ceramide aglycones were identified. This paper provides a method for screening glycosides in tobacco and important structural informations for the following study on the influencing factors of aroma change in tobacco.
