Abstract:
A simple, rapid, and low cost method based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) and fluorescence enhancement spectrophotometry was developed to detect aflatoxin M1(AFM1) in dairy products.Methylene chloride(CH2Cl2) and acetonitrile were used as extracting agent and dispersant, respectively. The extract was detected by fluorescence spectrophotometry.Under the optimum conditions, good linear relationships were obtained for AFM1 in the concentration range of 0.05-2.00 μg/L with correlation coefficients(r) of 0.995 6(milk) and 0.998 9(milk powder). The limits of detection(LOD) were 0.023 μg/L for milk and 0.039 μg/L for milk powder. The spiked recoveries were in the range of 76.7%-95.7%with relative standard deviations(n=6) lower than 5%.The method could be applied in fast detection of aflatoxin M1 in dairy products, and there is no significant difference between this method and the national standard method.
