| Abstract: |
| One suspected phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor(PDE-5) derivative was found in a kind of medicinal liquor by UPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS.Sample purification was carried out by a preparative HPLC system，and its structure was determined by NMR,IR and UPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS methods.The results showed that the compound is a new aildenafil derivative which has never been reported at home and abroad. |
