Abstract:
      In this paper,a rapid method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 16 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in cucumber,cole rape,orange and apple by QuEChERS purification and gas chromatography with electron capture detection(GC/ECD).Pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit samples were extracted by QuEChERS method with acetonitrile containing 1% acetic acid.The retention time for peaks of the organochlorine pesticide was used for qualitative analysis,and external standard method was applied to the quantitative analysis.Results showed that there were good linear relationships for 16 kinds of OCPs in the range of 20-100 μg/L with correlation coefficients larger than 099.The detection limits of the method were in the range of 016-290 μg/L.The average recoveries of 16 OCPs from 4 matrics(cole rape,cucumber,orange,apple) ranged from 701% to 119% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 023%-52%.Compared with other pretreatment methods,the method is rapid,effective,simple,cheap and reliable,and is suitable for the high throughput and rapid detection of OCPs residues in vegetable and fruit samples.
